Sales Executive / Sales Consultant

Our company has an opening to hire experienced Sales Executive to help lead the company sales and build customer relationships. In this position, you will be involved in site visits, quotation, negotiation, regular communications with customers and building sales pipelines.

We are looking for

1. Experienced Sales Consultants in construction/interior/architecture industry
2. Bonus if experienced in construction sales (e.g interior fitout, landscape, renovation, furniture, design & build etc)

Responsibilities

1. To champion our company’s products and services
2. To build up strong relationship and rapport with commercial, corporate and residential clients
3. Job scope includes cold calling to set up in person product presentations to architects & designers, meeting customers, site visits, generate quotations, negotiations to close the deal and build on customer relationships with regular communications.

Requirements

1. Min 1 yr experience in sales preferably in construction, landscape, renovation, interiors and architecture.
2. Min Diploma & above
3. Strong Command in English and Malay, as part of the job is to coordinate on-site with malay speaking subcontractors and English speaking architects and consultants
