Sales Marketing Coordinator

Johor Bahru (Hybrid) | Full time

Our company is looking for a Sales Marketing Coordinator to drive lead generation, uncover new opportunities, and support marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll play a key part in generating new business by identifying and connecting with potential clients through LinkedIn, company websites, and other online sources.

We are a close knit team of about 50 people, mostly in our twenties to forties. We enjoy a positive and vibrant working culture. We work best with cheerful people who enjoy being part of a supportive team.

A big part of our culture is our annual overseas company trip. In the past, we’ve travelled together to places like Hanoi, Cebu, Phuket, and Bali, and we look forward to many more adventures ahead. We also enjoy coming together for dinners and celebrations during festive seasons, which are always full of laughter and good food.

You don’t need to have experience in greenery to join us. What matters most is your curiosity and willingness to learn. We welcome people from all walks of life and different career backgrounds, and we love seeing the fresh perspectives they bring to our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a system for online lead generation, including processes for tracking and managing potential clients
  2. Research and identify leads from online sources (LinkedIn, websites, industry contacts, FM companies, architects, builders) to uncover new opportunities. .
  3. Engage potential clients, and connect them with the sales team promptly with the salesperson to enable timely follow up.
  4. Support marketing activities

Requirements:

  1. Min Diploma and above
  2. Strong research & online analytical skills
  3. Proficiency in Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and common digital tools (eg: Photoshop / Illustrator)
  4. Confident and self driven
  5. Strong Command in English
  • Bonus: experience in generating leads via LinkedIn, social media, or email newsletters.
