Contrary to the stereotypical cold hospital experience, KTPH is decked with greens on all its levels, creating a forest-like environment with the sounds of water crashing and bird’s chirping. Since the self-serve kiosks are new technologies, the green wall makes it less intimidating to use, especially for the older generations while allowing visitors to feel at ease.
